The units are air-conditioned, fully equipped, comfortably furnished, and serviced from Monday to Saturday, with limited DStv available. Service on Sundays can be requested at a nominal fee. The complex offers side-facing and sea-facing units that can accommodate two, four, six, and eight people.

Silver Sands 1 & 2 Timeshare is a short drive away from Sun Coast Casino, Gateway Theatre of Shopping, Pavillion, Wilson's Wharf, and various rugby, soccer, and cricket stadiums. Silver Sands 2 and 3 have all sea-facing units overlooking the South Beach and diagonally across the road from Ushaka. Silver Sands 1 has one sea-facing unit per floor, while the rest offer side views. The one-bedroom side view units at Silver Sands 1 feature two single beds in the bedroom and a sleeper couch in the lounge area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. These units also have a separate bathroom with a shower over the bathtub, including a basin and toilet.
