The main Beach House can accommodate eight guests and includes a lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a wrap-around veranda with braai facilities. The Sea View Studio, positioned at the rear of the house, can host three guests with a sleeper sofa for the third person. The Budget Studio, while not offering sea views, comfortably accommodates two guests and is located behind the beach house.

Victoria Bay, locally known as Vic Bay, is renowned among fishermen, divers, and particularly surfers, featuring a distinctive right-hand reef-like wave that extends approximately 200 meters over small boulder-like rocks. The location regularly hosts District and National surf competitions. The bay's strategic position, 45 minutes from Oudtshoorn, Knysna, and Mossel Bay, makes it an ideal base for exploring the Garden Route. The property's proximity to George ensures easy access to modern amenities, including large shopping centers, while maintaining its peaceful seaside atmosphere.
