Skoenlapper

Skoenlapper is a holiday house located on the waterfront of the Port Owen marina on the Cape West Coast. It is a double-storey house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that can accommodate 10 adults or 8 adults and 4 children. The first and second bedrooms each have double beds and open plan en-suite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms have double beds and share bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. The fifth bedroom has 2 bunk beds that can accommodate 2 adults or 4 children.

The house features a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and a dining table with ample seating. There are two fireplaces/built-in braai areas. The living area includes a TV and a comfy seating area. The house opens onto a balcony with views over the marina. It has a private jetty and enjoys easy access to the water canals, the river, and stunning views of the marina.

Guests can engage in various activities such as boat cruises on the river, birdwatching, rowing along the canals, swimming at nearby beaches, and yacht cruises in the area. The town is situated within a 2-minute drive, where shops, liquor stores, and restaurants can be found. The holiday home comes equipped with 5 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a flat-screen TV, a seating area, and 2 bathrooms with showers.
