Sleepy Gecko Guesthouse

The Sleepy Gecko Guesthouse is situated in the heart of trendy Melville in Johannesburg. It is in close proximity to SABC, leading news agencies, and other vibrant centers such as Rosebank, Sandton, and Randburg. This makes it an ideal place to stay for local and foreign travelers.

The guesthouse was originally built in the 1930s as two semi-detached houses, which have now been combined into a single building. It consists of four large bedrooms with luxurious en-suite bathrooms and two additional executive suites at the rear of the property, which have separate sleeping and lounge areas.

The main house features a lounge or reception room, a dining room, and a large veranda overlooking the stunning hot South African garden. There is also a Martini Ledge swimming pool where guests can enjoy cocktails while basking in the afternoon sun.

The suites are the largest rooms, equipped with king-size beds, flat-screen TVs, and en-suite bathrooms with showers over the bathtubs. Complimentary fibre-speed Wi-Fi internet and breakfast are provided. Additionally, the suites offer large TVs, DSTV, and telephones.
