Softwaters Farm Guesthouse

Softwaters Farm Guesthouse is situated along the Soutpansberg Mountain range, at the foot of the Luondo Mountain, approximately 26 km East of Louis Trichardt and 110 km west of Kruger National Park's Punda Maria gate. Softwaters is a working farm that produces a range of fruit and nuts, with macadamia nuts being the main crop, supported by pecan nuts, avocados, and litchis.

The Guesthouse is located on the farm and is an ideal place for rest and relaxation. It has been built from the remains of the original farm homestead, and the character of the old house has been maintained during its transformation, which has taken 9 years. It is important to note that not all walls are straight, and corners are not perfectly square. The rooms are comfortable and provide direct access to secure private gardens.

Additionally, there are two cottages available: Ida's cottage and Mahogany Cottage, both of which can accommodate two people. All units are self-catering. With over 300 bird species in the area and a few wild animals scattered about, walks and bike rides are sure to be enjoyable activities.

Guests can also indulge in a number of other activities while staying at Softwaters Farm Guesthouse. Ida's Cottage is a self-catering cottage located underneath a swath of large trees at the bottom end of the garden. It sleeps two people, with the possibility of an additional bed for a child. Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended if it has rained.
