Somer View

Somer View is a self-catering apartment situated within walking distance, approximately 200 meters, from the Somerset West Country Club. The apartment is located in the secure Somer View complex, which is close to various shops and offers easy access to wine routes. It is a ground-floor corner apartment.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is very large and contains a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a double bed and has access to a separate bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with granite tops, a gas hob and oven, all utensils, and a microwave. The open-plan lounge and dining area features a marble coffee table, beautiful leather couches, a high round bar with bar chairs, and a TV with DStv. The lounge leads out to a large patio area that is shaded by trees. The patio features a beautiful glass dining table and chairs, and Weber-braai facilities, providing a seamless flow from the inside to the outside.

Parking is provided on-site, and there is a perimeter fence and access-controlled security gate. Airport transfers and optional car rental are available upon request. A small amount of groceries can be purchased for guests by prior arrangement.
