The establishment is run by a French family consisting of Violaine and her parents, Laurence and Renaud, who bring extensive hospitality experience to the business. Violaine previously worked for a French Tour Operator in Cape Town for four years, while her parents operated a restaurant in France for three decades. Their combined European and South African hospitality expertise allows them to provide personalized service to their guests.
