Sonnekus Guest House

Sonnekus Guest House is a spacious, Colonial home that has been restored with all modern facilities. The rooms are lovingly decorated, drawing inspiration from the splendid sea and mountain views. The guest house is located a mere stone's throw from the beach, with easy access to all major tourist attractions.

During the summer months, guests can sip drinks on the verandah, while in winter, they can enjoy the benefit of a log fire in the lounge. The guest house is situated within a 2km radius of many fine restaurants. Picnic lunches can be supplied on request, allowing guests to enjoy old-fashioned hospitality with all the modern comforts.

Danger beach, located just across the road, is a lovely beach suitable for sunbathing, paddling, and reef surfing. St James and Dalebrook tidal pools are approximately 250 meters to the right and left of the guest house, respectively, while Muizenberg beach is a mere 1.5 km away. The rooms are furnished with a comfortable king-size or twin bed, offering partial mountain views. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a bath and overhead shower. Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi, a TV, telephone, and a tea and coffee tray in their rooms.
