The Sonnenmeer Beach Apartment provides comfortable self-catering accommodation in a private apartment situated on the top floor of a residential property. The owners reside on the ground floor. It is located right on the beachfront in Cannon Rocks, offering a stunning view of the sea and the beach.

The apartment is suitable for one or two adult couples and features two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The first en-suite bathroom has a shower over bath, sink, and toilet, while the second en-suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Both bedrooms have large sliding doors that lead to a balcony offering breathtaking views of the sea and beach.

The apartment features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with granite counters and self-catering facilities such as a fridge-freezer, gas and electric stove and oven, a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a washing machine-tumble dryer and a dishwasher. The living area features an LED TV with Netflix, Showmax, YouTube, and certain DStv channels, and leads to a spacious veranda with sun loungers where guests can sunbathe in privacy. Additionally, there is a braai room on the veranda, enclosed with glass, offering a perfect view of the sea, regardless of the weather conditions.

The unit provides an on-the-beach lifestyle with no roads or open areas to cross to reach Cannon Rocks' Nautilus Beach. Guests can enjoy the view over the Indian Ocean and the almost endless, unspoiled coastline along the Woody Cape Nature Reserve. The Sonnenmeer Beach Apartment offers a very private and tastefully appointed accommodation with the beach and waves at its doorstep. Guests can sunbathe in privacy on the large patio, enjoy golden sunsets from the Romany Balcony or from atop a golden dune with their loved ones.

The apartment features a private staircase directly onto the beach below, eliminating the need to cross roads or open spaces. It offers an amazing 180-degree view of the Indian Ocean and the golden dunes stretching for miles along the Woody Cape Nature Reserve. Both sea-facing bedrooms provide an immaculate 180-degree view directly on the beach and ocean, with large sliding doors leading to Romany balconies or the main patio. Both en-suite bathrooms are equipped with basins, toilets, and shower-over-bath or step-in shower facilities. Bedroom 1 also includes a built-in safe with a keypad code. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 adults (ideally 1 or 2 adult couples) and does not allow children under 16 years of age.
