Southeaster offers four modern suites designed to accommodate holiday and business travelers, with options suitable for singles, couples, and families. Each suite features a private entrance and is equipped with backup solar-powered energy and gas geysers. The accommodation includes essential amenities such as hospitality beds, fresh linens, towels, pool towels, ceiling fans, wall heater panels, free uncapped WiFi, and Smart UHD Bluetooth TVs for streaming services.

All suites come with kitchenette facilities, including a microwave for heating meals, kettle, toaster, refrigeration, and kitchenware. Guests have exclusive access to shared facilities including a large solar-heated pool, loungers, an outdoor hot/cold shower, gas braai (barbecue), tables, and benches.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of Bloubergstrand's restaurant hub and beaches. The area offers numerous amenities including supermarkets, pharmacies, and laundries. Transportation options include multiple MyCiTi bus rapid transit stations serving the greater Blouberg area, with routes connecting to Cape Town's CBD and V&A Waterfront. The accommodation options include two ground-floor studio suites (Daisy and Copper), each accommodating two guests with spacious designer bathrooms and kitchenettes. George, an upstairs two-bedroom suite, accommodates three guests and features a queen bed in the main bedroom and a single bed in the second bedroom, along with views from its living area. Dennis, a ground-floor suite, can accommodate up to six guests with two queen beds and two single beds, featuring a full bathroom and enhanced kitchen facilities including a washing machine.
