Spion Kop Lodge

Spion Kop Lodge is a 4-star establishment located in KwaZulu Natal. It offers a tranquil and relaxing experience with a choice of activities, aiming to provide an "Out of Africa" atmosphere. The lodge has been transformed into a beautiful facility, known for its warm hospitality. It features 8 well-appointed, double en-suite bedrooms, as well as two self-contained cottages.

The lodge is set in tranquil, park-like grounds and houses a library, a cozy pub, a conference center, a swimming pool, and a dining room with breathtaking views, serving fine cuisine. This owner-managed destination is situated on a 703-hectare eco-farm and offers various activities, including battlefield tours, birding, boat cruises, game viewing, Drakensberg Mountain hikes, and horse-riding among the animals.

One of the cozy cottages has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, and one with a small single bed. The cottage unit features a large lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, and a furnished patio with braai facilities. It also has 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower.
