Springbok Lodge

Springbok Lodge is a luxury safari lodge situated in the Nambiti Private Game Reserve, a 20,000-acre conservancy offering pristine, malaria-free bushveld. The lodge features 21 beautifully appointed tented suites and offers guests an unforgettable safari experience with excellent service, superb cuisine, and prolific wildlife sightings.

Nambiti Private Game Reserve is home to the Big Five (lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant, and Cape buffalo), as well as cheetah, hippopotamus, and over 30 species of plains game. The reserve's diverse landscape, featuring Thornveld, majestic Acacia trees, and extensive grasslands, mirrors the plains of Central Africa and attracts an array of bird species, including raptors and vultures.

Springbok Lodge provides guests with daily guided game drives led by experienced field guides, allowing them to immerse themselves in the sights, sounds, and smells of the untouched African bush. Additional activities available at the lodge include boma dinners, bush breakfasts, fly fishing (seasonal), and a 1.2-kilometer camp walk within the fenced area.

The lodge's tented suites are elevated and air-conditioned, offering private outdoor showers and romantic turndown service upon request. Family units with a king bed and additional single beds or cots are available, catering to families of up to five members. Child-friendly amenities include a jungle gym, open spaces for play, and a child-friendly menu for lunch and dinner.

Springbok Lodge is conveniently located, approximately a four-and-a-half-hour drive from Johannesburg (400 km) and a three-and-a-half-hour drive from Durban. The lodge also features a 1.2-kilometer landing strip for light aircraft or helicopters, providing easy access for guests.
