St Francis E's-Cape is a contemporary, modern home located in the heart of St Francis Village. The house features a recently renovated shingle roof and white-washed ceilings, creating a bright and airy atmosphere with beautiful views over the village and out to the sea. The property features a large enclosed garden, providing a safe environment for pets. It is conveniently situated within 500 meters of both golf courses and within walking distance to shops and the swimming beach, offering a central yet quiet location.

The downstairs of the house comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and an informal lounge, which opens onto a covered patio with outdoor dining facilities and a Weber braai. Upstairs, the queen bed sleeps two adults, and there is a sleeper couch suitable for small children or a third adult. It is important to note that the property has off-street parking and several stairs leading to the house (approximately 20). The house itself also has stairs and a balcony with a double railing, which may be fairly exposed for small children. As a result, the property may not be suitable for those who find stairs problematic, and adult supervision is required for small children.
