The Stayspectacular property consists of four adjacent self-catering units (Nautica 605, 603, 402, and 604) located on the Nautica Complex, positioned directly across from Dolphin Beach. The sixth-floor apartment offers magnificent views of Table Mountain, the Atlantic Ocean, and Robben Island from its patio, with occasional sightings of whales and dolphins during season.

Each two-bedroom unit accommodates four adults and features a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering purposes. The main bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower facilities, while the second bedroom contains two single beds with an adjoining bathroom featuring a bathtub. Both bathrooms include standard amenities such as toilets and hand basins.

The apartments' living areas are well-appointed with comfortable lounges, Smart TVs, complimentary uncapped Wi-Fi, and DStv services.
