Stilbaai Suidenrus is a beach house located on a dune directly above the beach, offering excellent breaker views. It provides an atmosphere reminiscent of a family beach house from the past, combined with modern touches. The house has direct access to a magnificent sandy beach with blue flag status, while the river mouth and lagoon are within a 10-minute walk.

The house features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The main bedroom, living area, and kitchen are located on the first floor, while the other three bedrooms, consisting of one standard double bed and two bedrooms with single beds that can be used as twin beds, are situated on the ground level. There are two decks offering wonderful views, and even when the South Easter wind is blowing, one can sit on the street deck and enjoy the sea view with minimal wind exposure.

Visitors come to Stilbaai Suidenrus to enjoy the tranquility, views, nature, and safety the area offers. The only noise one will hear is the sound of waves, and there is hardly any car traffic on the street, except during the Christmas and Easter holidays. The house is rented as a unit, with no separate rooms available for renting.

Stilbaai is located on the banks of the picturesque Goukou River and is famous for its wonderful beaches. Visitors can walk alongside the beach to explore shell middens left by prehistoric peoples and view ancient stone fish traps that are still in use. There is also an eel hole to visit, and nearby nature reserves. The town has well-stocked grocery stores and offers opportunities for surfing, swimming, water skiing in the river, and cycling.

Stilbaai offers comprehensive sporting amenities, including a nine-hole golf course, two bowling greens, tennis courts, and squash courts, complemented by mild climatic conditions and low rainfall. The area is known for its nature and tranquility, with hardly any crime reported.

The minimum rental period for the house is two days, except from December 14 to January 17, when it is only available for one-week rentals with no shorter options. The building consists of two units, and the house being rented is reflected in the photos. The other house is only used by the owner, primarily over the Christmas and Easter weekend.
