It is located 280 kilometers from Johannesburg on the N4 highway and 25 kilometers from Waterval Boven, while being only 75 kilometers from Nelspruit. The caravan park is an ideal weekend getaway for families who enjoy outdoor activities and the countryside.

Visitors can engage in various activities, such as fishing for trout and bass in well-stocked dams, enjoying 6 kilometers of hiking trails, quad rides, cycling, or canoeing on the dams in a safe environment. The resort has a maximum capacity of two adults per site, with a total of up to four people per site. Each site can accommodate one caravan/tent trailer, with an additional small tent permitted for children.

The electrified sites are situated next to the dams, offering access to ablution facilities and a communal kitchen area equipped with a communal refrigerator.
