Stonechat Game Lodge

Stonechat Game Lodge is located on a 1500-acre game farm and offers scenic views of the reserve. The farm is situated approximately 70 kilometers outside of Pretoria. The lodge consists of three separate rental units: Wag n Bietjie Lodge, Hadeda Lodge, and Jakkalsbessie Lodge.

Situated within the reserve, Stonechat Game Lodge provides access to various amenities, including a swimming pool, a putt-putt court, a pool table, and a table tennis facility. The reserve offers opportunities for hiking and game drives, allowing guests to explore the surrounding wildlife. Additionally, guests can indulge in the available spa facilities.

The lodge is located within the greater Wilge River Nature Conservancy, where open safari game drives with snacks and drinks can be arranged upon request. This experience offers the opportunity to observe and learn about the diverse wildlife found in the area.

Spanning across 1500 hectares of game reserve, Stonechat Game Lodge provides an ideal setting for families to spend quality time together. Guests can engage in various activities such as hiking, canoeing, fishing, game drives, and birdwatching. The lodge features a pool area with a putt-putt course, a pool table, and a table tennis table.

Hadeda Lodge, one of the rental units, accommodates eight guests in four rooms. The main room is en-suite with a king-size bed and a private lounge. Room two has a double bed, while room three has two single beds, and these two rooms share a bathroom. Room four is en-suite with a queen-size bed. The lounge area offers picturesque views of the river and the reserve.
