Stoneybrooke Farm

Stoneybrooke Farm is a working farm where cows graze in meadows, geese converse with guests, hens lay eggs daily, and tractors harvest lands characterized by peace, tranquility, and gorgeous sunsets. The farm was purchased by the grandfather in 1957, and Ray has been residing there since the early 1980s.

The farm features large verandas with extensive views, allowing guests to roam freely, and provides braai areas. Stoneybrooke Farm has approximately 200 Nguni cattle, geese, chickens, and rabbits. It is located in proximity to Menlyn, The Grove, Woodlands Mall, Lavandou wedding venue, Watercrest, Nkwe, Vivere Country House, Riverside Castle, Rosemary Hill, and Kitty Hawk airport.

The farm offers a delicious menu and platter selection, with meals delivered warm and fresh to the cottage door. The menu can be emailed to visitors prior to their arrival to assist in planning their perfect escape. One of the cottages, a country cottage, offers total privacy and seclusion for newlywed couples, providing a perfect de-stressing getaway after a hectic wedding.

Amenities on the farm include an 18-meter swimming pool, river picnics, a boma, cows, geese, rabbits, and ducks, making it ideal for mountain biking for all ages. Picnic baskets can be ordered in advance. Baba Ganoush is a comfortably furnished home with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, opening to a patio with outdoor furniture.
