Strandsig 407 is a two-bedroom apartment located on Beach Road in the suburb of Strand. It offers self-catering accommodation for up to four guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a ceiling fan, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room is comfortably furnished and comes equipped with a TV. It also has a dining room table and leads onto a balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a stove and oven, a kettle, a microwave oven, and cutlery. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and wash basin. Towels and clean bedding are provided, but guests are required to bring their own beach towels. Safe parking in a garage is available on the first floor of the building.

The apartment is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy within a two-minute walk. A safe 3 km stretch of beach is just 50 meters away from the building's front entrance, where guests can enjoy swimming or relaxing on the beach. Strand Waterworld, an entertainment facility for children and adults, is also situated on the beach.

For golfers, there is an 18-hole Strand Golf Course nearby. Somerset Mall caters to shoppers, and the Hottentots Holland Nature Reserve is ideal for nature lovers. The Stellenbosch wine routes and historic farms are within a 20-minute drive, while Table Mountain and Cape Town are approximately 50 km away from the apartment.

Please note that a cleaning fee of R 250 is charged per booking. Guests are requested to call the host approximately one hour before arrival to arrange for the key delivery and check-in. The balance of the accommodation cost, as well as a R 800 key and breakage deposit, is payable in cash upon arrival.
