Strandveld Vineyards

Strandveld Vineyards is Africa's southernmost winery, located 9km from the sea between Elim and Cape Agulhas in South Africa. The wind-swept estate combines premium winemaking with a deep commitment to conservation, producing wines that reflect their unique maritime climate and diverse terroir.

Under the guidance of winemaker Conrad Vlok, the vineyard produces both Strandveld Vineyards and First Sighting wines, offering a complete range that has garnered numerous accolades and awards. The winery maintains a wine club that provides members with exclusive benefits, including access to pre-releases, older vintages, and limited edition wines.

The property features two accommodation options: Earth Cottage and Ocean Cottage, both designed for two guests. Earth Cottage offers a double bed, while Ocean Cottage provides two single beds that can be converted to a king-size bed. Both cottages are equipped with modern amenities including bathrooms with bath and shower facilities, kitchenettes with basic appliances, and Earth Cottage features an indoor fireplace.
