Sue Casa 3 is a self-catering apartment situated on the ground floor in Manaba, on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Province. The apartment offers limited sea views as it is located on the corner and does not have a patio. It comprises two bedrooms and one bathroom, accommodating a maximum of four guests.

The main bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The apartment has a small pavement in front of it, and there is a communal garden table and benches at the braai area where guests can relax and enjoy a meal while taking in the sea views.

The apartment features an open-plan kitchen and lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, and washing machine, as well as a breakfast bar with four stools. The lounge area is furnished with a TV offering a full selection of DStv channels. Both bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with ceiling fans, and an air-conditioner is located in the kitchen area.

The complex offers communal braai facilities and a single lock-up garage behind the ground floor units in Collison Street, accommodating one vehicle. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests can offload their luggage at the front of the unit on Lillicorona Boulevard. It is important to note that the apartment provides linen but not towels.
