Summer Dreams is a luxurious beach house located at Ramsgate, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, strategically positioned between two world-class Blue Flag beaches. The property sits approximately 700m from Ski Boat Beach, 500m from Shirley's Point on the Ramsgate Marine Ramble beachfront walk, and 800m from Southbroom beach.

The double-storey main house features seven bedrooms in total, with three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, including a master en-suite bedroom with an XL king-size bed. The downstairs area comprises four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with two rooms featuring queen-size beds. All remaining beds are singles, and each bedroom is equipped with built-in cupboards and ceiling fans.

The property boasts comprehensive security measures, including armed response, internal sensors, external RX beams, burglar bars, automated garage doors, and an electric fence. The house offers two entrances: a main entrance with a double automated garage and a rear entrance providing additional off-road parking, a single garage, and a lock-up carport.

A sister property, Summer Forever, which accommodates 12 guests, is located nearby and can be booked in conjunction with Summer Dreams for larger gatherings such as family reunions.
