Summer Sand Holiday Cottages are located in a lush tropical garden with a gentle ocean breeze, swaying palm trees, abundant birdlife, and the sound of a trickling stream that meanders through the property. The property features a deck area and patio, both with pool views and BBQ facilities under cover. Guests are welcome to swim and lounge around the pool. It is an eight-minute stroll to the local fishing beach, or a short drive to Scottburgh main beach.

The cottages are situated near the Scottburgh golf course, which is only a two-minute drive away, as well as a local shopping mall, also within a two-minute drive. The cottages are situated in the quiet residential area of Scottburgh South, which is central to most attractions. Nearby attractions include CrocWorld/Reptile park, where visitors can experience crocodile feeding times, and the Fish Eagle Cafe, which offers spectacular ocean views and refreshments.

Scottburgh is known as a fishing hotspot and attracts many anglers. The annual Sardine Run during the winter months draws both local and tourist interest. Scottburgh Beach offers restaurants and mini-golf for visitors of all ages. The local flea market, held on Saturdays, is also a popular attraction.

The Pebbles guest room is a sunny, cozy room suitable for an overnight stay or a short couple's getaway. The dual beds can be prepared as a king-size or two single beds, depending on the guests' needs. The room includes a small workstation, two chairs, an outdoor table, and an umbrella for guests' use. Amenities include a bar fridge, coffee station, microwave, TV with channels, towels, and coffee/tea/sugar and milk. Breakfast is optional, and housekeeping is included.
