The Sunbird - Admiral Island House is a self-catering, double-story waterfront holiday house located on a private island in the middle of Port Owen marina, which opens out into the Berg River and the sea. It is a stunning four-bedroom, three-bathroom accommodation that offers a laid-back lifestyle second to none. Safety and exclusivity are paramount, with the only access being by boat or via a single secured bridge from the mainland.

The house features a beautiful ambiance with a dynamic interaction created by the views from any direction. It has a private jetty where guests can moor their own boats. The surrounding scenery is incredible, with large amounts of water birds flying past at sunset to roost on islands in the Berg River estuary. The fully equipped house has four bedrooms (two double rooms and two single rooms), three bathrooms (two en-suite), a large open-plan kitchen/living area, and an outside braai area. It can accommodate up to six people.
