Sunbird

Sunbird is a property that offers secure self-catering accommodation in a quiet complex located in the seaside village of Fish Hoek. The house is situated within a short walking distance from the beach and wetlands, providing an ideal location for leisure activities such as walking, bird watching, or simply admiring the beautiful mountain views from one of the benches.

The house can accommodate up to 5 guests and features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is an en-suite with a double bed, washbasin, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed, while the remaining bedroom contains a single bed. The shared family bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, and shower-over-bath.

The main living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and tea and coffee-making facilities. There is a dining area with a 4-seater dining table, and the lounge is furnished with comfortable couches facing a flat-screen TV with DSTV Compact for relaxation and entertainment. The property provides free Wi-Fi access.

Through the lounge doors, there is a spacious and secure courtyard featuring a 4-seater table and a gas braai, perfect for enjoying meals and family time together. During loadshedding periods, solar panels and an inverter provide power to the property. Each bedroom is equipped with a wall panel heater, and the lounge has a large gas heater.

Guests have access to their own separate entrance, and there is secure parking available. A washing machine is located in the garage, and wash lines are available in the private garden. The house is equipped with an alarm system for security, and the complex features an electronic gate, electric fence, and security cameras.
