Sunset Beach Living Guesthouse is situated in a secure, tranquil neighborhood adjacent to Sunset Beach, a 20-kilometer stretch of white sandy coastline known as Big Bay. The location is globally recognized as one of the world's premier kite surfing destinations and provides excellent conditions for stand-up paddling activities.

The property consists of two semi-detached beach houses and a separate apartment. Each beach house features an open-plan kitchen, expansive living areas, and three upstairs bedrooms. In each house, two bedrooms share bathroom facilities, while the third bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom. Both houses include patios extending from their kitchen and living areas.

The apartment, positioned 350 meters from the beach, offers more intimate accommodations with a queen-size bed, a spacious bathroom featuring an overhead shower and washing machine, plus a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

The area boasts rich marine and bird life, with frequent sightings of dolphins, sea lions, and seasonal appearances of humpback whales. The local wildlife includes diverse bird species such as flamingos, pelicans, penguins, and albatrosses, which can be observed on the beach, nearby golf course, and lagoon.

Located just 15 minutes from the city center, Sunset Beach is a suburban haven offering one of the top three kite surfing locations globally, after New Zealand and Hawaii. The area provides spectacular sunset views of Table Mountain and includes a village center with essential amenities including grocery stores, hair salon, laundromat, restaurants, and a wine bar.
