Sunset Beach Living Guesthouse is located in a secure and quiet neighborhood situated right next to Sunset Beach, a 20 km long white sandy bay known as Big Bay. The area is renowned as one of the world's best kite surfing spots and is also a perfect destination for stand-up paddling tours.

The guesthouse offers two semi-detached beach houses equipped with open-plan kitchens, spacious living areas, and three bedrooms upstairs. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom, while the third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and living area lead to a patio.

Additionally, there is an apartment located 350m from the beach with a queen-size bed, a spacious bathroom with an overhead shower and washing machine, as well as a kitchen and dining area. Guests often have the opportunity to spot dolphins, sea lions, and sometimes even humpback whales in the area. Various bird species, including flamingos, pelicans, penguins, and albatrosses, are commonly seen on the nearby beach, golf course, and lagoon.

Sunset Beach is a charming suburban area located 15 minutes outside of the city center. The beach itself is considered one of the top three kite surfing spots in the world, after New Zealand and Hawaii, and offers breathtaking sunset views of Table Mountain. The area features a small "village center" with amenities such as a grocery store, hair salon, laundromat, restaurants, and a wine bar.

Nearby, The Paddocks Shopping Centre is just 5 minutes away, and Canal Walk, the third-largest shopping center in Africa, can be reached within a 10-minute drive. The famous V&A Waterfront is also a 15-minute drive from the guesthouse, making Sunset Beach an ideal holiday location for those seeking a quiet, safe, and centrally located accommodation near the beach and other attractions.
