Sunset Cottages offers six self-catering cottages situated opposite Hartford House, 8 km outside of Mooi River in the Natal Midlands. These cottages provide spectacular views of Giant's Castle, the beautiful Kamberg Valley, and the Berg. The farm is under new ownership, and the cottages have been completely renovated and beautifully refurbished.
Each cottage features an open living/bedroom area with a queen-size bed and electric blanket, a full bathroom with a bath and shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen area with a microwave, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, and cutlery. The cottages are immaculately clean, and crisp white cotton linen is provided. To ensure comfort during the Midlands winters, heaters, electric blankets, and warm duvets are available.
Guests are welcome to take a walk around the farm and enjoy a sundowner or picnic on the pagoda deck by the small dam. Additionally, each cottage has an outdoor barbecue facility with a wooden deck and table bench seating.
