Sunset Sparrow Villa

Sunset Sparrow Villa is a fully contained house situated in Sunset Beach with three bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, and a small garden. The lounge area features a couch, tub chair, ottoman, and a small dining table with four chairs. The house is equipped with a 43-inch UHD TV connected to DStv with the EasyView channels bouquet, and it can also play content from external USB drives or memory sticks.

The house has three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom one is furnished with a queen-size bed, large full-length cupboards, and a dressing table. The attached en-suite bathroom features a shower/bath combination, toilet, and basin. Bedroom two has two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, and it also has large full-length cupboards. The en-suite bathroom attached to this bedroom includes a toilet, shower, and basin.

Although the house is located in close proximity to the beach (a very short walk of approximately 200 meters), it does not offer sea or beach views. Instead, it overlooks large trees in the garden. Sunset Beach is an exclusive upmarket estate that offers exquisite views of Table Mountain and Robben Island. During the summer months, when the South-East wind blows, Sunset Beach is known for producing spectacular waves.

The holiday home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It provides guests with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave, as well as complimentary toiletries. Additionally, the holiday home includes a barbecue area and a terrace.
