The flats are equipped with kitchenettes for meal preparation and comfortable living rooms furnished with 74-cm TVs, DStv, DVD players, and Hi-Fi systems. The rooms are comfortably appointed with either double or queen-size beds.

Secure parking for vehicles is available, and guests have access to a warm water outdoor shower, where they can rinse off the salt water. The flats receive daily housekeeping services on weekdays. Surrounded by palm trees and ferns, the property creates a tranquil retreat for guests to unwind amidst the lush vegetation.
