The Surf Studio is a modern and large one-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of one of the most popular complexes on the Strand Beach Road. It is situated in the Cape Sands block and offers stunning facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, secure basement parking, and braai facilities.
