Surfer's Watch At Bruce's

The Surfer's Watch At Bruce's is a four-bedroom house with an open-plan living area located 100 meters from the ocean in Santareme, St Francis Bay. It is situated 300 meters (a 450-meter walk) from the Granny's Pool beach and 150 meters from Bruce's Beauties Surf Spot. The house utilizes a treated borehole water supply and is not subject to water restrictions. It is equipped with solar power and battery backup.

The house features a magnificent balcony on the first floor, offering panoramic views across the bay and the two main surf spots. The interior features beautiful photography, hardwood furniture, and a light, airy holiday atmosphere. Amenities include a large and varied library, games and puzzles for children/families, two DSTV connections, and WiFi. Bicycles are available upon request, and the house also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.

The ground floor living area is open-plan, consisting of a lounge, kitchen, and dining room, with the TV lounge being air-conditioned. The house can accommodate up to eight guests and comprises four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one shower room, and a separate guest toilet.

The first floor comprises the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, shower, toilet, and two basins, as well as air conditioning and sliding doors leading to the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and a sliding door to the balcony, while the third bedroom features a queen-size bed, two sliding doors to the balcony, and a smart TV. The family bathroom on this floor includes a shower, basin, bath, and toilet.

The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet) and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with various appliances, including a stove, microwave, oven, fridge, air fryer, ice-cream machine, and numerous small appliances. The dining area has a table with seating for eight, and there are two lounges: one with sofas, chairs, air conditioning, and a slow wood-burning oven, and another with sofas and chairs.

Outside, there is seating and a table under the milkwood trees, as well as a seat overlooking the sea for reading. The house is suitable for a large family or families and comes equipped with towels and linens for the holiday. Please note that the house is not serviced, although this can be arranged at an additional cost.

The minimum booking over the Festive Season (December 15 to January 13) is 18 nights. A 20% discount is offered for stays of 25 nights or longer. It is important to note that there is a steep spiral staircase without a safety gate and the second-floor balcony has widely spaced balusters, which may not be suitable for children under six years old, at the guests' discretion.
