Surfers House

The Surfers House is a beautiful residential property located in Ballito, a small surfers town on the North Coast in KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. The house features modern and stylish decor, a lush green garden, and a large entertainment area that is protected from the wind, ensuring guests can enjoy their holiday in a cozy home away from home environment.

The house features three comfortable, newly renovated rooms, one of which is en-suite with a shower, while the other two share a bathroom with a bathtub, and an additional guest toilet with a shower is available. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a gas oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, a large refrigerator/freezer, and a filter water system. It has an open-plan design leading into the lounge, dining room, bar, and entertainment area, which features a built-in braai (barbecue).

The main bedroom and lounge area are equipped with air conditioning, while all rooms have ceiling fans. For entertainment, there is a smart flat-screen TV in the lounge with DStv (a satellite TV service) and a smaller smart flat-screen TV in the main bedroom. The house also features a beautiful marine tank situated in the lounge, which is maintained by the housekeeper/caretaker.

The property is home to a separate business called 'The Surfboard Agent,' a private showroom containing new, secondhand, and demo surfboards. Visitors may occasionally visit the showroom, but this activity will not disturb the guests. The family's three friendly dogs, Sasha, Marley, and Dingaan, reside on the property for security purposes. They will only be present when guests arrive and depart through the gate. There is a fence around the entrance to the house and entertainment area, allowing guests to choose whether they want the dogs to enter that area or not. The dogs are indoor pets and will sleep in a separate flat with the caretaker/housekeeper.

The property is equipped with an alarm system, and IPSS security patrols the area. It is conveniently located less than a kilometer from Willards Beach and Boulevard Shopping Centre, as well as 1.5 kilometers from various shopping malls in Ballito. There are plenty of surf spots in the area, all within a 1 to 5-kilometer stretch.

The main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a king-size bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, and ample cupboard space. The second and third bedrooms have separate bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and cupboard space. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed.
