Swartberg Country Manor is an elegant countryside retreat nestled at the foot of the Swartberg mountains in the Cango Valley, Western Cape, South Africa. Located on the Voorbedacht Farm, this charming establishment offers 25 comfortable en-suite rooms across several buildings, each maintaining the authentic character of the region.

The property comprises multiple accommodation options, including the Main House with 11 stylish rooms and a comfortable lounge extending onto a veranda with panoramic mountain views. The Historical House, dating back to 1864, features four enchanting rooms overlooking a fig orchard and holds historical significance, having once hosted Prime Minister Gen Barry Hertzog. Nine additional rooms are housed in three traditional Karoo-style cottages, each with private verandas and built-in barbecue facilities. The original bakery has been transformed into a romantic honeymoon suite.

The manor's restaurant, Patat, serves traditional South African cuisine with a contemporary twist, using local ingredients. Guests can enjoy meals in the spacious dining room or on the veranda. During summer, outdoor dining experiences are offered alongside the swimming pool.
