The house comprises three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an open-plan well-equipped kitchen with laundry amenities, a lounge featuring a fireplace, an eight-seater dining table, and a balcony furnished with outstanding views. The property also includes a lovely garden and on-premises parking.

The house offers a self-contained unit that accommodates two guests with a separate entrance, verandah, braai kitchen, en-suite bathroom, and parking. The main house is equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as an indoor braai/fireplace. All bedlinens, bath towels, kitchen cleaning materials, dishwasher cubes, and laundry detergents are provided. The bedrooms are located downstairs, while the upstairs open-plan living room opens onto an east-facing verandah with ocean views. The spacious entrance hall provides storage for surfboards, bicycles, and an outdoor hot water shower for rinsing off.

Elands Bay is an ideal destination for a relaxing beach getaway, offering attractions such as the stunning Elands Bay Beach, Verlorenvlei, and The Tin Kitchen. The Elands Bay Beach caters to various interests, including rock pools for exploration, rock crevices for crayfish and mussel collecting, a rocky shore suitable for beachcombing, a sandy shoreline perfect for walks and runs, dunes for dune boarding, and dog and horse-friendly beaches. The area is renowned for its left point surf break, as well as a fun beach break for beginners and boogie boarding. Additionally, kiteboarding, windsurfing, and stand-up paddleboarding are popular activities in the area. A public slip is available for launching speedboats and jet skis, and sea kayaking and fishing are also favored pastimes.
