Swellengrebel Hotel

The Swellengrebel Hotel is a 48-roomed establishment located in Swellendam, the third oldest town in South Africa, situated 220 kilometers from Cape Town on the main street. Originally established in 1915 as the Commercial Hotel, it was later rebranded to its current name. The Jorge Family acquired the hotel in 1974 and has since guided its success with their dedication and expertise.

The hotel's idyllic location allows visitors to explore the historic streets of the 18th century town, observe wild game in the nearby Bontebok National Park, embark on hikes in the scenic Langeberg Mountains, and enjoy river-rafting adventures along the picturesque Breede River.
