Tandweni Villa is a luxurious private safari villa located in the Zululand region of South Africa. It is situated within the renowned Pongola Game Reserve, on the banks of Jozini Dam. The villa offers a unique African bushveld getaway experience, attracting both local and international guests.

The exclusive-use safari lodge combines stylish accommodation with opportunities for spectacular wildlife and bird sightings, as well as top-class tiger fishing. Guests can experience sightings of iconic South African wildlife species such as rhino, cheetah, leopard, aardvark, giraffe, wildebeest, zebra, impala, buffalo, hyena, and elephant. Additionally, the Pongola Game Reserve is a renowned birding hotspot with over 350 recorded bird species.

Tandweni Villa is accessible, with a three-hour drive from Durban's King Shaka International Airport or a six-hour drive from Johannesburg. It is an ideal destination for reconnecting with loved ones or celebrating intimate occasions with family and friends.

The villa offers a range of activities in the African bushveld, guided by experienced guides. These include game drives, night drives on an open safari vehicle, guided bush walks, boat cruises, and tiger fishing trips. Guests can also enjoy sundowners at a lookout point and signature bush breakfasts on the banks of Jozini Dam.

Tandweni Villa features five beautifully appointed air-conditioned and en-suite bedrooms with panoramic views of Jozini Dam and the Lebombo Mountains. The villa is available on a fully-catered or self-catering basis, with a dedicated housekeeping team and knowledgeable guides ensuring impeccable service and hospitality during the stay.

The villa also includes a private gym, swimming pool, boma, and bird hide/jungle gym. There is a jungle gym, sandpit, and swings for children to enjoy, as well as plenty of space for them to ride bikes. Two private guides are available for game drives and tiger fishing.
