Tecoma 38 @ JBay consists of three fully equipped self-catering units located in the safe, quiet, and peaceful Wavecrest area of Jeffreys Bay, just off Surfers Point. The accommodation can sleep up to fourteen people if all the flatlets are combined with the house. The main house has three bedrooms and can accommodate six adults with two children. Flatlet one is a two-bedroom unit that can accommodate four people. It features a bathroom and an open-plan lounge/kitchen area. Stairs lead to a top balcony with a stunning view.

Flatlet two is a one-bedroom duplex that can accommodate two people. It has access to the swimming pool of the main house. Downstairs, there is an open-plan lounge/kitchen area, and upstairs, there is a bedroom with a bathroom and a top balcony. Guests can enjoy many kilometers of safe beach, surfing, swimming, shell collecting, fishing, strolling on the beach, or simply relaxing. Nearby, there are shops, restaurants, a cinema, a filling station, and a laundromat. The property is located only fifty meters from the beach and seventy meters from the world-famous Lower Point (Surfers Point), where some surf championships take place every year, allowing guests to hear, see, and smell the sea.
