Tee To Sea

Tee To Sea is a bright and spacious beach and golf house situated on the 12th tee box in the Prince's Grant Coastal Golf Estate. It offers a breezy atmosphere and 200-degree views of the golf course, sea, and lagoon. The house can accommodate up to eight guests and features three en-suite bedrooms in the main house and one en-suite bedroom in a private cottage.

The property includes two lounges with DStv and a private pool located in a central courtyard. All bedrooms, lounges, and balconies provide stunning views of the golf course, sea, or lagoon. Amenities include a gas braai, a unique lighthouse breakfast nook, aluminium stacking glass doors, and American blinds throughout. The kitchen features granite countertops and a scullery with a washer and dryer.

The cottage can be rented separately as a hotel room only, and it contains a fridge and coffee station. However, it does not have a microwave, cutlery, crockery, or dishwashing facilities when rented separately. Spa treatments are available at the Prince's Grant Lodge.

The property is located on the 18-hole Prince's Grant golf course, which is part of the Prince's Grant Coastal Golf Estate. The estate offers various family-friendly activities, including tennis, squash, putt-putt, and jungle gyms. Additionally, there is easy access to the beach, and golf is available for the whole family.
