Teviot Place

Teviot Place is a spacious bedroom garden cottage located in a quiet scenic garden setting in Howick. The cottage features a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom. Guests have access to a tea and coffee station in the room, a small fridge, as well as cups, glasses, cutlery, plates, and bowls. While there is no kitchenette or food preparation facilities in the room, an electric frying pan and a toaster are provided.

The cottage offers a small deck area under a yellowwood tree outside, where guests can sit and enjoy the nice weather. A small braai is also available for guests who wish to braai for dinner, although they will need to supply their own wood and charcoal.

Howick and its surrounding area offer numerous attractions, including the famous Howick Falls, the Nelson Mandela Capture Site and Monument, Midmar Dam, Karkloof Canopy Tours, Umgeni Nature Reserves, fabulous cycle trails, the Karkloof Farmers Market (held every Saturday), and the Midlands Meander. The property is situated below Howick High School and close to Greendale Shopping Centre, approximately 5-10 minutes from the N3, depending on traffic conditions.

The cottage itself consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. It also features an outdoor deck area with a table, chairs, and a braai. The room is equipped with a small bar fridge, a gas heater (for winter), a toaster, a kettle, an electric frying pan, and all the necessary utensils, crockery, and cutlery. Security lights along the pathway to the cottage illuminate the area at night.
