Thaba Manzi Ranch is a 2000-acre game and cattle ranch located below and incorporating two and a half kilometers of the cliffs, kloofs, and mountain forest of the Magaliesberg. It is a venue where visitors can escape from city life and experience the wonder of multi-colored indigenous Nguni cattle and Pedi sheep grazing alongside various wildlife species such as hartebeest, eland, gemsbok, nyala, zebra, blesbok, and graceful giraffes.

The ranch offers evening braai experiences with the sounds of the bush and the calls of jackals in the background. For more active visitors, the ranch provides horse trails, hiking, climbing in the mountains, and game viewing on numerous internal cycling and walking trails. Accommodation is available in four comfortable self-catering cottages, each designed uniquely with Victorian slipper baths and double showers. The cottages can accommodate between two to four people comfortably, with a total capacity of 12 people sharing.

Each cottage is individually furnished and equipped with fully-equipped kitchens, private braai areas, and access to a shared pool area. Visitors can expect to encounter various wildlife species on the ranch, including giraffe, impala, blesbok, nyala, eland, gemsbok, hartebeest, jackals, baboons, warthogs, and vervet monkeys, as well as the ranch's cattle, sheep, and horses.
