Thaba Tsweni Lodge

Thaba Tsweni Lodge, which translates to 'the mountain of the baboon', is situated atop the Blyde River Canyon. This family-run establishment is within close proximity to the picturesque Berlin Falls and a natural river pool suitable for swimming. The accommodation consists of one- and two-bedroom chalets, all of which are fully equipped with kitchens, dining areas, lounges with fireplaces, and satellite television. Bedding and linens are provided in the chalets, and each unit features a barbecue area and secure covered parking.

The lodge offers an airport shuttle service and meals upon request. It is conveniently located near many attractions in the Blyde River Canyon and the Kruger National Park, including God's Window, Bourke's Luck Potholes, and Pinnacle Rock. The Phabeni Gate to the Kruger National Park is approximately 45 minutes away.

Through Wild Adventures, situated at the lodge, Thaba Tsweni Lodge provides panorama tours, quad bike trails, guided hikes, and Kruger Park tours. The two-bedroom family chalets accommodate either one queen and two single beds or one queen and three single beds, making them ideal for family getaways. The property features a natural river for swimming and a jungle gym and trampoline for children.

The one-bedroom chalets each have a bedroom with either twin three-quarter beds or a queen-size bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. These chalets are fully equipped for self-catering, and an extra single bed can be added to accommodate a child.
