Thabaledi Game Lodge

Thabaledi Game Lodge is nestled in the African Bushveld between Thabazimbi and Brits, approximately 90 minutes north of Johannesburg and an hour from Sun City. The lodge offers diverse accommodation options, including four-sleeper, eight-sleeper, and ten-sleeper units, alongside Bushcamp Bungalows. The property also features a well-equipped campsite with 32 stands, each complete with private bathroom facilities.

The establishment provides comprehensive amenities for all guests, with campsite visitors having access to a dedicated swimming pool and boma area, as well as the main lodge facilities. The venue is well-suited for various events, including conferences, workshops, weddings, family gatherings, group functions, and school camps. The surrounding area offers numerous activities such as game drives, bird watching, mountain biking, and nature trails.

On-site recreational facilities include volleyball and netball courts, a trampoline, and a games room equipped with pool and ping-pong tables. A recently constructed obstacle course features attractions including a king-swing, suspension bridge, and zip slide. The Bushcamp chalets are designed with two rooms, with the main room offering air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Each unit includes a kitchenette and an outdoor braai area with dining facilities on the stoep, plus access to a shared Boma.

The lodge is characterized by its tranquil atmosphere and abundant wildlife, with various species including nyalas, impalas, giraffes, eland, kudus, and blue wildebeest freely roaming the grounds, providing guests with an authentic African bush experience. The facility operates on a self-catering basis and features luxury chalets with air conditioning.
