Thandile Country Lodge is situated on a game farm 14.5 km from Bela-Bela on the Alma Road (Old Dam Rd). It offers luxury self-catering accommodation without televisions, a deliberate decision to encourage guests to connect with each other. However, Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the guesthouse except for the bush camp.

Activities at the lodge include guided horse trails. Due to COVID-19 regulations, the restaurant is currently closed, but a communal kitchen with "heat & eat" facilities and braai facilities are available for guests.

Thandile Country Lodge is an ideal venue for small family functions, special occasions such as weddings (maximum 80 people), business workshops, and writers' retreats.
