"The Ark" , 58 Nkwazi Drive, Zinkwazi Beach

The Ark, located at 58 Nkwazi Drive, Zinkwazi Beach, is a house designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. All rooms flow onto the pool, creating an effect of water merging into the ocean below. The house offers panoramic and shore break ocean views, as well as lagoon views. All bedrooms feature pool and ocean vistas, and the large sliding doors from the lounge to the bedrooms open up onto the pool, providing great ocean views.

The property is well-secured with beams, armed response, a gate, and partial fencing. All linen and towels for beach and bath are provided. It has two garages and additional parking spaces. The house is serviced and equipped with ceiling fans, a Weber grill for braai, Wi-Fi, and DSTV. A gas hob, rechargeable lights, and a UPS for Wi-Fi backup are also available, making it ideal for a leisurely long holiday.

The outdoor area features a large veranda with deck chairs and an alfresco dining room. Inside, the house offers a large lounge, a smaller lounge, and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and oven, a large side-by-side fridge and freezer, a chest freezer, and all necessary cutlery and crockery.

The house has four bedrooms: the first bedroom features a queen-size, extra-length bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms also have queen-size, extra-length beds. There is a guest toilet, a bathroom with a bath, basin, shower, and toilet en-suite to the main bedroom, and a separate bathroom with a bath, basin, shower, and toilet. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Pets are allowed by arrangement only.

Please note: Groups of adults are not permitted, as the house caters for "nucleus" family holidays only. No functions of any kind are allowed. Additional charges may apply for a live-in maid levy. During peak season, minimum stay requirements apply, which vary depending on whether the stay includes Christmas, New Year, or both.
