The Beach Cottage in Kleinzee offers accommodation with endless ocean views, complemented by a view of the Buffels river mouth and nearby wetlands. It consists of an open-plan lounge and dining area, featuring a built-in braai and a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable couch, chairs, and a full DSTV setup.

The cottage can accommodate two adults or a family of four, with one-and-a-half bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, while the walk-in dressing area has a sleeper couch that can be converted into a double bed for children. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain-shower, toilet, and basin.

Situated outside the flood line of the Buffels river mouth, the cottage is approximately 500 meters from the sea and offers 180-degree, uninterrupted views of the dunes, sea, and river mouth. Kleinzee is a former mining town trying to find its footing, with a shop and a bottle store providing basic necessities. The town offers 4x4 shipwreck tours and several guided walking routes spanning a few days.

The cottage features sea views from the bedroom, an inside fireplace/braai, amazing sunsets, and opportunities for long walks on the beach. The golf course is located approximately 500 meters away, and guests need to arrange access with the golf club. Outdoor play and the beaches are the main attractions for children. The Beach Cottage overlooks the ocean, offering 180-degree uninterrupted sea views, and Kleinzee is a very small and quiet town with kilometers of quiet beaches.
