The Beach House, 75 Nkwazi Drive, Zinkwazi Beach

The Beach House is a spacious and comfortable accommodation located at 75 Nkwazi Drive in Zinkwazi Beach. It enjoys a prime beachfront location with spectacular views of the lagoon and the ocean. The furnishings are modern, and the house is well-equipped to provide a comfortable holiday experience without being cluttered.

The property features a shaded veranda with furniture and braai facilities at the front of the house. The open-plan layout includes a large sun room, dining room, and lounge area with access to Wi-Fi and DSTV. The fully equipped kitchen is furnished with a dishwasher, fridge, chest freezer, oven, hob, and microwave, along with all necessary cutlery and crockery.

There is an on-site housekeeper, but no swimming pool. The house is walled and gated on three sides and secured by an alarm system, beams, and armed response. Two lock-up garages are provided, and ample open parking is available.

The Beach House accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, including a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children under the age of 10. The sleeping arrangements comprise 1 king-size bed, 6 single beds, and 1 bunk bed across 5 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite, one with a full bathroom and the other with a shower, basin, and toilet. The remaining three bedrooms share a large family bathroom with a toilet, basin, and shower. Additionally, there is a guest toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, cupboards, hangers, and provided with linen, bath towels, and beach towels. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, are available on-site.

It is important to note that the property does not accommodate groups of adults, catering exclusively for "nucleus" family holidays. No functions of any kind are permitted, and pets are not allowed. Additional charges may apply, such as a daily live-in maid levy of R250 and a refundable breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500. During peak season, minimum stay requirements may vary, and certain restrictions apply for bookings including Christmas and New Year periods.
