The Beachhouse is a distinguished 1870s historical property situated in Port Nolloth, a coastal town renowned for its unspoiled beaches and active fishing and diamond harbour. The property comprises two distinct units: the main House and the Cottage, both equipped with full DStv and Wi-Fi connectivity.

The main House combines modern and antique furnishings throughout its three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an en-suite slipper bath and shower, both offering ocean views. A family room serves as the second bedroom, containing a double bed and two triple bunk beds, while the third spacious bedroom houses a double bed. These latter rooms share a bathroom with double shower facilities.

The House's well-appointed kitchen includes filtered water, gas cooking facilities with an electric oven, and microwave, complemented by an eight-seater dining table. A separate scullery contains modern appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, and double-door fridge-freezer. The property boasts a comfortable lounge with ocean views and a formal dining room seating twelve, accessed through antique double doors. A wrap-around veranda with built-in braai facilities offers sweeping 180-degree views of the harbour and coastline.

The Cottage, positioned behind the main house, features a garden-facing en-suite bedroom with a double bed, dual showers, and separate toilet facilities. Its fully-equipped kitchen includes cooking appliances, a fridge-freezer, and built-in braai, alongside a four-seater dining table. The lounge area offers versatile sleeping arrangements with convertible furniture, and opens onto a private garden. The unit includes garage access and laundry facilities.

The Cottage accommodates either two adults or a family of four, with a minimum three-night stay requirement unless booked alongside the main House. A discount of 33% applies for children aged 3-10 years.
