The Bean Tree is a self-catering accommodation establishment located in the picturesque town of McGregor. It provides private quarters and courtyards for guests. The accommodation comprises three spacious and stand-alone units: Lucky Bean, Ndale, and Ugba. These units are connected to a central courtyard, which is partially covered, and can be booked together or separately.

Each suite at The Bean Tree can accommodate two guests and features an en-suite bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, induction hob, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a toaster, and a microwave. Ndale has an outdoor shower, while Lucky Bean and Ugba each have a roof terrace. The suites offer free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and Chromecast capabilities. Although DStv is not provided, guests can bring their own decoder or stream the DStv Now app on the TV.

The Bean Tree also has two Weber braai facilities, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor grilling in the central courtyard or on the flat roof decks of Lucky Bean or Ugba. The establishment is pet-friendly but not suitable for children. Lucky Bean, in particular, is a generously spacious and luxurious room, featuring a main bedroom, desk/dining area, en-suite with separate shower and bath, and a kitchenette with an under-counter fridge, coffee machine, one-plate induction hob, and a microwave.
