The Blue Beach House is a bright and spacious property situated on a quiet road in Still Bay West. It is decorated in a blue and white coastal theme with white-washed furniture and offers lovely views of the Goukou river located 50 meters away. The property consists of three units: the Main House, Garden Cottage, and Annex, which can accommodate up to 15 people in 10 beds (9 single beds and 3 queen/double beds).

The Main House sleeps up to eight guests and has four spacious bedrooms with large windows. It features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (with memory foam mattress) and an en-suite shower room, a second bedroom with a double bed, and two bedrooms with twin beds. The family bathroom includes a shower, bath, washing machine, and toilet, with an additional separate toilet. The open-plan living area comprises a large kitchen island, lounge area, and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine for ground coffee and capsules. A wood-burning fireplace is available in the lounge for chilly winter evenings. The house has a large deck with barbecue facilities, offering views of the river, Still Bay East, and the sea. It also has two double garages, a large driveway, and a lawned garden with shady areas throughout the day.

The separate Garden Cottage, which can accommodate four guests, is located across the garden and is available separately or together with the Main House. It is suitable for senior citizens or a family and offers a living area, spacious kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed (with mattress topper), a second bedroom with twin beds, a separate WC, and a bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. The Garden Cottage has its own driveway and private braai area.

The one-bedroom Annex, located adjacent to the garage, sleeps three guests and provides more basic accommodation. It has twin beds and a single bed, an en-suite shower room, and a lounge area, making it ideal for teenagers.
