The studio apartment is neat and has air conditioning and ceiling fans. It features one bathroom with a shower and an open-plan lounge/bedroom area. Guests can walk out onto the balcony, which offers uninterrupted views of the surroundings and the sea.

Umkomaas is well-known for its Aliwal Shoal and diving charters. The area provides opportunities for various sports such as scuba diving, diving with sharks, golf, fishing, bowling, and more. Local restaurants are situated nearby, and Scottburgh and Amanzimtoti are within a short distance.

The studio is located opposite the Umkomaas golf course and only 500m from the beach. It is a self-catering bachelor's studio situated on the first floor, featuring a wooden deck and sea view. This open-plan unit is located in the center of the dive community in the small town of Umkomaas, with a few restaurants, dive charters, and the beach within 200m away.

The studio includes one queen-size bed and one single bed, air conditioning, and bedding and towels provided. Cleaning services are not included but can be arranged. Additionally, diving packages can be arranged, and guests receive a 10% discount on dives booked through the affiliated dive centers. The studio offers tailor-made scuba safaris and can arrange trips to Mozambique for shark dive safaris, wreck dives, and photography dives.
